Nothing tastes better than a hot bowl of Ramen on a cold winter night (burrrr). This ramen place is actualy part of a Japanese Ramen Chain, and I am so excited now there is a location in Vancouver. Since this is the Hokkaido variety, you can expect rich fatty flavour in the soup.
